"I honestly didn't notice any difference"
I tried it and, to be honest, it just didn’t do anything for me. Maybe it works for other people, but I used it like I was supposed to and still didn’t see any change at all.

"Gave me headaches and just felt off"
I tried Waves RX for a few days and, uh, it really didn’t agree with me. I started getting headaches, felt nauseous, and had this weird jittery feeling that I didn’t like at all. I stopped taking it and felt better afterward, so it’s definitely not worth it for me.

"I got kind of lost using the site"
I didn’t have a great time with the website, honestly. It felt slow in places, and I kept having to click around just to find simple stuff that I thought would be obvious. Maybe I missed something, or maybe I was already getting impatient, but some pages didn’t load right either, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Then checkout came up and I was like, wait, am I doing this correctly? It just wasn’t very clear. It might work fine for other people, but for me it was confusing enough that I ended up leaving.

The checkout process was kind of annoying. The payment page kept lagging, and my discount code failed twice before I finally gave up and just placed the order anyway. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny loading spinner that just sat there forever like it was thinking about life. The order went through in the end, but the whole checkout felt messy.

The whole thing was frustrating because I never really got clear updates from them. I had to keep chasing for every little piece of information, which got old fast. Weirdly, I remember checking my phone for a reply while standing in my kitchen eating a cold pancake, and still nothing had come through

I tried to cancel and regret getting into it in the first place. It ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be, and I kept having to check back just to figure out what was going on. The help I got never felt clear, which made the whole thing even more annoying. I definitely won’t be using it again.

"Prescription approval took way longer than expected"
I’ve used similar services before and the approval process was usually quick, so this was frustrating. I waited way too long for my prescription to be approved and hardly got any updates along the way. If you need something sorted fast, I wouldn’t want to deal with this hassle again.

I reached out to Wavesrx support a few different times nothing really happened. Or at least nothing useful. I’d send a message, then just kind of sit there waiting, checking back, wondering if anyone even saw it. It’s annoying because when you need help, you need help, you know? The product might be one thing, but if support is basically silent, it makes the whole experience frustrating.

"Felt like I was being rushed out the door"
I went into the consultation hoping to finally get some clear answers, but it didn’t really play out that way. From the moment it started, it felt like the provider was just trying to move through the appointment as quickly as possible. I’d ask a question, and the response would be really short, with almost no explanation behind it. By the end, I felt like I had barely been listened to and left more confused than when I came in.

"Wish I’d double-checked the billing before ordering"
I regret not looking more closely before going through with it, because the charge I ended up seeing didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to at checkout. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process was more confusing than it needed to be and took way too long. i wouldn’t use them again unless they fix how they handle billing and make the charges clearer upfront.

The response was professional enough, but it felt basic and didn’t really go beyond what I asked. Overall, not a bad experience, just more average than I was hoping for.

Getting a refill has been more of a hassle than I expected. The process feels slow and unnecessarily complicated, especially compared to other companies I’ve used where refills are quick and straightforward. "Delivery timing was a little confusing"
I’ve ordered from Wavesrx twice now. The first order showed up quickly, so I figured that was the usual timing, but the second one kind of threw me off. I thought it was supposed to arrive one day, then it seemed like maybe a few days later, and it ended up being late. Nothing major and I still got everything, but the delivery timeline felt a bit hit or miss.

I was disappointed with how this showed up. The box had way too much information on it, so it was super embarrassing when my roommate grabbed it before I did. They make it sound like the packaging is discreet, but apparently there’s some loophole in the policy that still lets them print enough details to make it obvious. Not a great experience

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered from wavesrx.com expecting the delivery to be normal, but it ended up taking way longer than I was prepared for. The tracking didn’t help much either since it barely updated, so I kept checking it and still had no real idea where the package was.

I understand shipping delays can happen, especially depending on the carrier or time of year, but I wish they had been clearer about it upfront. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore, so for my situation it just wasn’t worth ordering again

"Subscription hassle ruined my plans"
Trying to manage my subscription on Wavesrx was way more annoying than it needed to be. I just wanted to change or cancel it before moving on with my day, but the options weren’t obvious and I ended up clicking around forever.

It threw off my plans because I had set aside time for other things and got stuck dealing with basic account stuff instead. This should’ve been simple, and it wasn’t. Frustrating experience overall.
